Of course not. @previous (dw !p9hU6ckyqw)
Exactly. Americans just like it to be so cold inside that they have organ failure.

Only if the parents and judge sign off on it, which has never happened. 20-somethings getting sign off on marrying a pregnant woman in her late teens does happen, but even that is rare.
A middle aged man could meet a 14yo at the mall and start a sexual relationship in most of Europe and it's legal whether the parents approve or not.
without the veneer of civilization of specific mores and folkways, you'd know that anyone with a cock would be jumping on anything that bleeds that can breed, and wouldn't be inventing an entire psychological terminology about it to either pathologize or to rationalize it one way or the other

Well I just assumed you read at least more than half of the first line since you linked the article. Why even bother linking the article if you're not reading beyond the first half line? Is that what you based your posts in this thread on? Here is the third paragraph by the way.
The Lanzarote Convention, which was ratified, as of 2021, by all member states of the Council of Europe,[1] and which came into effect in 2011, obliges the countries that ratify it to criminalize certain acts concerning children under 18, such as the involvement of such children in prostitution and pornography. Other acts that must be criminalized include:
Engaging in sexual activities with a child ('child' is defined in Article 3 as 'person under the age of 18 years') where:
Use is made of coercion, force or threats; or
Abuse is made of a recognised position of trust, authority or influence over the child, including within the family; or
Abuse is made of a particularly vulnerable situation of the child, notably because of a mental or physical disability or a situation of dependence.
The age of consent is called "the legal age for sexual activities" and must be chosen by states at the age they see fit. (No specific age is recommended.) As of February 2021, the convention has been ratified by all states of the Council of Europe.[2]
In the European Union (EU 27), there is a directive regarding the sexual abuse of children under 18, known as Directive 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2011 on combating the sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children and child pornography.[3]

Buy one and you'd understand.
Humans are physical creatures and their entire experience is defined by the physical material reality they live in. Temperature affects all bodily processes, including brain function.
Unfortunately Europeans can't experience the joys of AC because they worship false idols like Greta, who tell them that power-hungry appliances like AC are the devil.
Keep in mind in Greta's home country of Sweden, molesting girls as young as 15 is legal and common (as long as it's not a parent/teacher and no one records the act) so her brain is likely warped from the pedophilia her culture tolerates.
I'm part of a research group at my uni trying to measure the health effects of fungal growth in the high-temp microclimates inside europeans homes that are the perfect breeding ground for molds that harm indoor air quality. We aren't done with our research yet, but so far we've found some evidence this leads to poor health outcomes.
> How would you 'pick up' a 14 yo girl without coercing them??
What do you think an age of consent at 14 means?
If these governments considered anyone at age 14 inherently coerced because of their age, and only considered it without coercion at 18 then that would mean the age of consent was 18 not 14.
Don't you think it's a silly idea that AOC at 14 and 18 would mean the exact same thing? What's the point of the different numbers in that case?
> Also, if it is legal, why doesn't it happen?
It does, but it usually doesn't get in the news because no one broke the law.
There's plenty of French directors who had sex with 15 year olds that are public knowledge. Luc Besson and Roman Polanski come to mind.

He's not thinking straight because he lives in a country where climate control, even in the dead of winter, is seen as a huge sin. It was all decreed by Pope Greta when she was 11 years old (an adult in the eyes of the law over there).
