Watch the show, they explain how to exploit poor foreigners with a "K1 Visa". They get to live in the civilized world for 3 months, but have to put out and swear to monogamy in front of a priest or civil servant if they don't want to be deported.

It's not in the show, but someone I know personally trafficked a woman from wuhan this way. even got her to contribute a second income by working long hours in a cookie shop.
