If Mike was acting at the behest of government officials, this I guess could be conceivably a violation of twitter's 1A rights but that seems like a dubious case I guess. Still it's something that should be looked into by Elon to assess if they want to sue. I'm sure he'll get right on that.
The tweets at issue were in tweet 8 of the throat clearing so even the author of the tweets didn't consider them the most important but he didn't bother to say what they were for some reason. So I went to archive.org and plugged the first 3 URLs in. This makes me objectively a better journalist than Matt Taibbi and the entirety of the staff at the NYPost.
Tweet 1 is a post in chinese containing naked photos of Hunter Biden

The article you linked contains no mention of Biden committing treason, either the actual crime as laid out in the Constitution or in a colloquial sense of somehow betraying the U.S. It contains two broad categories of things: 1. Twitter executives deciding what to do with stories reporting on Hunter Biden's laptop posted on twitter. 2. The Biden campaign asking Twitter to take down several twitter posts.
The first has no mention of Biden's involvement posted so far right? Like it's not like they're saying "Joe just called and he wants us to nuke the story and we will do so because we are Democratic Party shills. Hail Brandon! May he reign a thousand years!" Maybe that's what happened but unless and until evidence of that is released we don't know what went on behind the scenes there, so it seems premature to accuse him of treason for that. And just to be clear, even if that is exactly what happened, Thousand Year Reich and all, it still wouldn't be treason, a 1A violation, etc.
The second turns out to be the Biden campaign asking twitter to remove naked photographs of Hunter Biden posted without his permission. As I've said before that seems incredibly reasonable to me, but maybe your bar for treason is a lot lower than mine. So I think I've given this more than its fair shake. I have questions for you because I'm still confused by your reaction to a relatively anodyne non-story.
1. When you say Joe Biden committed treason, are you referring to his requests to have certain twitter posts removed? If not, in what specific way(s) is Joe Biden committing treason according to the reporting of Matt Taibbi and/or the NY Post?
2. Prior to me telling you, did you know that the tweets the Biden campaign asked to be removed were naked photographs of Hunter Biden?
3. Do you think that information is relevant to determining whether the Biden campaign acted appropriately or inappropriately when they asked to have these posts removed?
4. Do you agree that it was trivially easy to determine what these posts contained by going to archive.org and entering their URLs, and yet neither Matt Taibbi or the NY Post told you what these posts were?
5. Do you think that Matt Taibbi and the NY Post omitted telling you what these posts contained because they failed to do basic journalistic due diligence by going to archive.org? Or do you think that they did go to archive.org, realized that the Biden campaign asked to have these posts removed for reasons that were not entirely nefarious, and just pretended they didn't know what was actually happening?

The article you linked contains no mention of Biden committing treason, either the actual crime as laid out in the Constitution or in a colloquial sense of somehow betraying the U.S. It contains two broad categories of things: 1. Twitter executives deciding what to do with stories reporting on Hunter Biden's laptop posted on twitter. 2. The Biden campaign asking Twitter to take down several twitter posts.
The first has no mention of Biden's involvement posted so far right? Like it's not like they're saying "Joe just called and he wants us to nuke the story and we will do so because we are Democratic Party shills. Hail Brandon! May he reign a thousand years!" Maybe that's what happened but unless and until evidence of that is released we don't know what went on behind the scenes there, so it seems premature to accuse him of treason for that. And just to be clear, even if that is exactly what happened, Thousand Year Reich and all, it still wouldn't be treason, a 1A violation, etc.
The second turns out to be the Biden campaign asking twitter to remove naked photographs of Hunter Biden posted without his permission. As I've said before that seems incredibly reasonable to me, but maybe your bar for treason is a lot lower than mine. So I think I've given this more than its fair shake. I have questions for you because I'm still confused by your reaction to a relatively anodyne non-story.
1. When you say Joe Biden committed treason, are you referring to his requests to have certain twitter posts removed? If not, in what specific way(s) is Joe Biden committing treason according to the reporting of Matt Taibbi and/or the NY Post?
2. Prior to me telling you, did you know that the tweets the Biden campaign asked to be removed were naked photographs of Hunter Biden?
3. Do you think that information is relevant to determining whether the Biden campaign acted appropriately or inappropriately when they asked to have these posts removed?
4. Do you agree that it was trivially easy to determine what these posts contained by going to archive.org and entering their URLs, and yet neither Matt Taibbi or the NY Post told you what these posts were?
5. Do you think that Matt Taibbi and the NY Post omitted telling you what these posts contained because they failed to do basic journalistic due diligence by going to archive.org? Or do you think that they did go to archive.org, realized that the Biden campaign asked to have these posts removed for reasons that were not entirely nefarious, and just pretended they didn't know what was actually happening?
