Like I said quite a while ago in here, it should be considered a common carrier just like the phone company. People are using it as a public square to have their voices heard, so calling it private property no longer counts.
Malls are privately owned, but courts have already ruled that people have a right to set up their soapboxes and say whatever they want inside those malls.
I got a speeding ticket once even though I was on private property. The cop looked it up in his little book, and any road used by the public is considered a public road by the state. That applies to everything.

Because most of the normal people who use the site tend to be sick of the right and their constant politics game. Twitter is destined to basically replace Gab now, where as everyone else might just end up going to Facebook or some other platform or perhaps a return to Tumblr.

Really seems like OP is just using random topics to back-up their point, but none of them have any strong evidence to support them.

I don't use (never have used) Twitter but I keep seeing dramatic predictions of doom from people like OP
What has Musk actually done that negatively impacts the user experience?
NOT what he might do or what he said he would do, or may potentially do maybe someday, but, like user-facing stuff that has actually changed for the worse since he took over.

Certainly many many people got banned before Musk owned it. I don't know exactly what that Chad Loder guy posted so I don't think this proves anything unless you can prove he never violated the TOS.

I think the main problem with Twitter is not Musk, or anything he did(n't) do. It got too serious. There shouldn't even be verification. It was supposed to be a place to be relaxed and chat about shit you like. Like Minichan. It was never supposed to be some official deadly serious thing.
Think about the whole "misinformation" thing - why is no one bent out of shape about "misinformation" on Minichan or 4chan? Because these places aren't serious. No one expects them to be. You take anything you read on 4chan at your own risk. That's how Twitter should be.
