I tried your BBQ for the first time today, and it is wonderful! I am a classically-trained French chef, and I am very discriminating and picky. Your food is truly excellent. Well done!!

Is there an art to patting grease off of seafood?

I[m a little disappointed. As it turns out, the only thing that makes it "Nashville hot" is that it is fried chicken that you brush a hot mixture sauce on. I mean, it's just chicken with cayenne pepper brushed on. It was good and really hot, I guess I'm just a bit disappointed at the simplicity of it lol
