Mostly from staff and management, because retirement/nursing home staff can be the biggest bitches around and even neglect the needs of the residence.

It's hard to know how frequently it happened

Once a guy who worked in the kitchen murdered two people and went on the run

Once a CNA started telling everyone she was being fucked by ghosts and made a gun threat against the facility

One time my good friend black male nurse, was dating the laundry woman at work and also having an affair with a CNA and another nurse. He tried to leave the laundry woman who was his gf and she shot him point blank in the abdomen

Two of my coworkers houses burnt down

The facility is in the ghetto and a lot of stuff would happen
