Bring attention to two nouns.
Ask the listener if two adjectives would describe these nouns.
But the adjectives ARE the nouns, but grammatically converted from nouns to adjectives.
The listener momentarily expected properties that may or may not fit.
They necessarily match, because they are two forms of the same word, which anyone would immediately recognize.
Realizing that the question was meaningless and that there was no really no question, the expectations constructed beforehand become subverted.
Brain activity momentarily loses integrity, and control of the lungs is lost.
