Go look at her twitter replies for a few minutes, i'm sure there's plenty to disagree with. She's made this her new career, essentially... and some of what she's saying is fine, but it's all mixed in with misinformation, stereotyping, vast over generalizations and vitriol

why don't you go find an example of her being kind to trans people or speaking in a compassionate fashion about them, if your hypothesis is that she has never said anything that bad... it shouldn't be difficult, right?

i am not suggesting that she is wrong about everything, or somehow evil... she just acts rude on twitter and other social arenas and spreads a little misinformation and harmful comments... who amongst us can claim to have never done the same?

the main problem with her stance, is she believes she is above reproach and that she is justified in propagating erasure of actual trans people because some dozens of terminally online weirdos flooded her inbox on twitter. sorry, but getting spammed a few times doesn't buy her a lifetime pass to inflict harm on people who (simply by existing) remind her of the time her inbox filled up

Listen you fuck, if that's what you want, make a thread requesting that. My purpose in this thread is what I asked for, not what you wanted.

Respect the topic starter ("Original Poster") and his/her intentions with the topic. Of course you can disagree, but don't hi-jack it to spread your own agenda.

There's also that part in Order of the Phoenix when Ron Weasely jokingly tries on one of Hermione's dresses and Harry calls him a "woolly woofter", which is British slang for 'gay'.
