Also, if anyone comes on our property unannounced and uninvited, there's a good chance someone will be shot. Texas has very strong castle laws. So think twice before hiring a "scummy private investigator" because it will be U with blood on your hands.

If I'm told by someone harassing me and spreading lies about me online that they are going to start stalking me in real life, you better bet that I'm going to feel threatened and you better bet that my fiance and I will exercise our rights to the fullest extent of the law. We don't do "duty to retreat" or shit like that here in Texas.

Stalking? The rest of this post is literally projection. You are harassing and spreading lies about people online. I'm referring to the "castle doctrine" penal code that refers specifically to your habitation, workplace, or vehicle. You are allowed a huge range of force, but it's only actually protected in specific scenarios. I really hope you don't start shooting people at random.

And these specific scenarios include protecting oneself from threats on one's own property. Don't come to our house unannounced and uninvited and you, or anyone else, will have nothing to worry about.
If you want to learn more, then look up the long case law we have here of protecting the right to self-defense both lethal and non-lethal.

Now look up the case law and see what type of protections are afforded to victims of chronic harassment and threatening behavior. Spoiler: it's a lot.

The mods had better start taking the stalking here seriously. Someone is going to get hurt if not, and they will share responsibility for ignoring reports and laughing at the stalking.
