Everything you're using right now was written down as rough descriptions of what they saw on AnT, transfemmed into code with the Codex model and a few shitty purple stylesheets pumped out.
I know this because sim confessed to everything on irc during one of his benders. There's no more proof of this now that the old server has been seized, but many other users here can corroborate the story.
Telling an AI to make an illegal copy of someone else's software is NOT some sort of loophole in the law. Plagiarizing designs is still illegal with new tools, and any court would confirm this.
