I went to the only one in my town for an infection a few years back and they accepted my insurance. I don't recall if it was affiliated with any hospital as Anon E mentioned though. That said I'm sure a lot of them are out of pocket, and my singular experience shouldn't be taken as a generalization.

Soak it in hot water for about 30 minutes. After that see if you can find a spot where it tries to come to a head. If not soak again. If it won't come to a head next morning you will find a soft spot that will be sore and purple looking. Rip that open with a needle. Boil it with peroxide, go to drug store and get Prid salve and use that and bandage it. When you get home go to doc and get some antibiotics. My fee for advice $37.99. Paypal @drrichard_warnock

Not to defend Matt, but I wouldn't live lavishly if I got a large inheritance, I mean I'd definitely buy some useless stuff but its not like I'll buy a car I normally wouldn't be able to maintain or buy a house just to default on taxes years later. I'd try to spend it mostly on practical stuff
