Alright here's an idea: join another (totally unrelated) PRIVATE Facebook group. Post stuff in it and wait like maybe a week. Compare the member list of that group and the one you were followed into previously. Then block the person(s) appearing on both lists.

Nopaltzin posted a link to the group in question showing that it is public - anyone with a web browser can see it. I do not even have a Facebook account and I can see everything on there just fine.
