The Hamburglar is in prison now, and I am taking a look at his life -- a hard-hitting, brutal look at his career of crime. This is a no-holds-barred account of how he became one of the most prolific burglars in recent history. While many know his name, few know his story.

The Hamburglar was born in Hamburg, Germany, in 1965. His parents were poor, and he was often left to fend for himself. He quickly learned how to pick pockets and break into homes. He quickly developed a reputation as a skilled burglar, and he soon began to target wealthier homes.

In the early 1990s, the Hamburglar moved to the United States, where he quickly began to target homes in affluent neighborhoods. He quickly became one of the most feared burglars in the country, as he was known for his brutal methods. He would often beat and torture his victims before robbing them.

You likely know him for his work for the McDonald's corporation. In the late 1990s, he began appearing in McDonald's commercials, where he would often steal hamburgers from unsuspecting customers. He became an instant celebrity, and his image soon became synonymous with the McDonald's brand.

However, the Hamburglar's life of crime eventually caught up with him, and he was arrested in 2000. He was sentenced to life in prison, where he remains to this day.

This is the story of the Hamburglar, a ruthless criminal who became a household name. A man who has known for his firm "buns" he easily found work for Calvin Klein after his time for McDonald's jumpstarted his career. But what people don't know is the Hamburglar's story, until now.

Why did he do it?

What motivated him to commit such heinous crimes?

What was his life like before he became the Hamburglar?

These are the questions that will be answered in this documentary.
