I remember when I would have recurring dreams as a kid when I'd get sick, my eyes, hair would grow out of them and I had to pluck them and shit it would hurt like fuck idek how but I just knew that it was a dream but it felt so real so I'm questioning that shit as I sleep fevered sweat on the drip when I end up waking up like wtf then I try and sleep again till it's time to wake up and live again

do you often have hypnic jerks? for me, almost always comes with a dream where i'm falling and then hit the ground. I wonder if the dream causes the hypnic jerk or if the hypnic jerk causes some false memory of the dream

I've also had these, where I awake with a jolt. THC dulls dreams so I don't always remember what was the cause but it's often falling or rarely it seems to be from an impact
No I never had night terrors as a child. I slept walked, had jerks, and sometimes had the sensation of rising off of the bed and then slowly falling back down

So about a week ago I saw a giant in the bedroom. He was holding a club or bat over his shoulder and he was tall enough that the ceiling was pressing down on his head
This one wasnt scary and kind of felt like having a bodyguard
