Eastern Rite allows for married clergy IIRC.

She’s married to a former Episcopalian or Anglican priest who was not down with lady preachers or the LGBT. There was a minor exodus of conservative Anglican churches in the mid 2010s who weren’t down with the gay stuff.

I think there are special exceptions and rules that those congregations have that let them be communion with Rome and keep their traditions.

Given it's the UK it could be anything from simply not agreeing that trans women are women to, like, graphic death threats against a specific individual.
