It's okay if it is a function of its alcohol content. I know Vodka can be kept in an ice drawer without breaking.No joking or fuckidallying around, this is important. It's for a college project.

on a related note, i froze beer by accident once. it was kinda awkward but the bottle didnt break or anything.

You don't freeze beer or even chill it. Real beer should be served at a touch below room temperature. Lager and chemical Beers on the other hand...... and I'm not old enough to drink yet.

alcohol doesnt freeze does it? vodka in the freezer here is completely liquid after days you prolly need some serious cooling kit to freeze the water/liquids

No, but a beer certainly would since I assume the maximum alcohol content is 8/9% in what OP is talking about. It's the water in it that freezes.

Pure ethanol has a freezing point around -114°C. Your average 80 proof liquor will freeze around -23°C, and that is a few degrees cooler than even most industrial freezers reach.

Another thing to consider is that you can get beer well below its freezing point but it won't freeze if it doesn't have a seed. It's super cold. Then if you take it out of the freezer and shake it up it will freeze before your eyes. It's a neat bar trick. There are several videos on youtube.
