I see this all the time. Two big rigs, one behind the other in the right lane. The one behind is going 65 mph. The one in front is going 64.9999999999999999 mph. So, the one in the rear decides to pass the one in front, even in heavy traffic. intakes him ten minutes to do so, and he holds up traffic for miles. Why not just be content with going literally JUST under 65?

Because the one that us slightly faster, is irritated of riding behind the slower one's ass. They're just dickheads. Us faster one's get pissed from them holding us back too.
I usually hang back if one is going a hair slower than me. I'll pass him either on an uphill or a downhill.
If it's 100 miles of flat land, fuck that, I'm holding you all up!

I highly doubt we holding up hundreds of people. I have never seen a hundred cars lined up behind a truck waiting for him to pass the other truck.
And usually, where traffic has a high volume issue, there are three or more lanes.
And if you can't tell that was a sarcastic remark above about me holding you guys up, then there's no hope for you.

It's all good. I usually drive at night anyway just to avoid traffic. I try to get in and out of big cities before the morning rush kicks in.
