Friend be like, dafuq you doing, you can't debone a shoulder cut with a big ass knife as a 120-knife, but I do it and I can, because bigger knife is better knife.

No. Sharper is better, bigger is more accident prone.

What's a 120 knife? Is that the blade length in cm? If so you're getting into sword territory there...

Bigger sharper knife is better knife.

Sometimes it's called the saber, or just simply the long knife. It's nowhere near that long though, is about same as in the pic, just a more sterile and economic version.

OH a Buck 120. I didn't know you Yurop ni🅱️🅱️as could get real American knives.

I've never heard of a knife with a 7 inch blade being called a "saber". In America "saber" only refers to actual swords like the attached pic. In America that would be called either a "bowie knife" or a "hunting knife".

I have no idea. I've never seen a legit butcher knife that looked anything like a Buck.

It's more sterile because there ain't places for old meat-stuff to get stuck or hidden. More economical because it's just plastic with some steel on it 😂

Pic related, it be the same knife.
