It's exhausting but it's great for customer service. They don't know how anxious I really am. And a lot of my anxiety is needless, but it's hard to separate the needless from helpful anxieties in my brain

You don't know what they know, but I believe you hide it well enough that they don't know. Also, nice for being so servicing of customers
