Modern pop country is so garbage. I never try to completely dismiss any genre as a whole but god damn that shit irritates me to no end. I remember there was one particularly annoying song that played on the radio constantly when I was a kid that really left an impression on me where the chorus was just "I put my blue jeans on" over and over.
