It's very simple. You just take a deck of cards and put it over a full glass/pint and blow on the deck. Whoever knocks off the bottom card has to drink the glass.
There are other rules if you want to add them but they aren't necessary. I can't remember all of them right now.

Also, another game is Harmon Killebrew. Basically you go in a circle saying names of either real/fictional people that people know. The first letter of the last name is used by the next person, i.e. "John Malkovich" makes "Mark Wahlberg" makes "Winston Churchill" etc. No names are reused. If they are, the person drinks. If it's a name with the same letter, like "Mickey Mouse" the direction reverses. If someone says a name that ends in H, they have to say Harmon Killebrew before they say the new name. The penalty is obviously a drink.
