When you put the knife under the ribs, you gotta lift the ribs a little bit with the tip of your knife. then at a certain point you stop before you go longer than under the ribs. After that, you make a long cut that frees the thing holding onto the rips, you grab that rib greedy sucker, and rip it off and bravo, the rips are off. If you failed, you got all the good meat with the ribs and some guy eats some ugly bacon
