It has improved my quality of life already. I wake up earlier feeling refreshed. No more daytime naps. It is truly amazing. The mattress, adjustable base, pillows, sheets, blanket, etc., cost about $7,500 retail (I got a 75% discount), but it is worth it. I mean, fuck, I am obsessed with it.
