that's dumb just make them gas station attendants like we do here. it's dumb but it's work
sorry wade I just hate not pumping my own gas. u guys could at least clean my windshield or not drip gasoline all over my damn intake
I mean letting it run over. Gasoline will definitely strip paint from a car if there is enough, and they don't take care of it right away. The drops don't really matter, true. I usually shake em off into the tank.

Letting it run over? What kind of shitty pumps do you use? The nozzle has an overflow click off mechanism. In fact the ones at my station are so touchy that often I can't pump it on the higher speed or else it clicks off.
I've literally seen people put the nozzle in, walk away, and then have gas start spilling out all over their car, the parking lot. The station had to shut down while the fire dept cleaned it up. Nothing is foolproof.

I've literally pumped more gas than most folk have, and in 3 years, it's happed once. Nothing is foolproof but statistical anomalies aren't the norm

You're using immaculate gas pumps that have rarely been touched by the general public. Outside of Full Service Paradise 80% of the gas pumps are scuffed AF barely working garbage
I think it is. The general public doesn't give a shit about the property of others, and will always let the next person deal with it. Except for rare exceptions when people can see things outside of themselves.

Ok and the situation given was that anon d would terminate an employee immediately for spilling gas, implying they're in a state with full service, or the station offers full service, in either case the nozzles are pretty constantly being used by employees and replaced if faulty.
If we're talking about just people pumping their own gas, duh, no one would be terminated if a customer spilled gas on their own car.

It sounds like you feel like I'm not listening to you. I'm sorry, I really am trying to understand. Can you help me by explaining it again?

I can see that this has been difficult for you. I'm sorry for my part in it and I want to make things right.
