If you think about this premise, it just isn't realistic. Society just wouldn't work if the majority of men were completely unable to have sexual experiences while a small handful of attractive men had all of the sex. Conversely, women are not an unerring hive mind who only find certain men attractive and compete for a handful of men. "Chad" is not having orgies day-in and day-out.
In my opinion, persistence is the main thing you need. Hop on your dating app of choice, put effort into your profile, and stick to it. It might take a while to succeed, but you will eventually!

Uh, I'd like to clarify that I'm applying this to "the average man". Yes, some men might be obese or socially clueless or have some other major flaw that drastically reduces their chances, but here I'm talking purely about typical men who don't have that.
But yeah, I have a big problem with this idea, popular with incels, that women only want "chads" and average men are mostly locked out of romantic relationships. It's a best unrealistic, and at worst encourages a hopeless and misanthropic worldview that sets men up to fail.
