It should. Tile and grout is generally pretty porous and can stain easily. Get to it quick.

Tear it, put down new tile. If you did everything else right, it shouldn't matter that you recently retiled.
Recarpet a room to distract the cops. Or just rip up the carpet and keep it in your garage in bags. Theyll get all excited and be like "oh yea, we finding blood niggas" but then theyll find lots of carpet.
