I always enunciate my 't's. I do forget now and then so pronounce water without a t. I'm not kidding, it's actually hard for British people to say water correctly.
They drink even the best brands to their risk speaking of the non-dialect aspects of it.
We're serious on one high-browed underspeak campaign that certain "purities" are badly being student newcomer synthed so just micro-"other-drink" instead, a few awkward times... I'm careful to avoid sources and times because of aggressively desperate censorshippers on that one.
