Basically a 1 room hole in the wall and maybe enough to cover electric. Food is covered by soup kitchens. And transport, well, maybe on a good month you can afford to use the tube once or twice. Otherwise, you're walking or using the bike you stole last week and will be probably be stolen from you next week. It's like the leave a penny take a penny system.
