Some man accidentally put a shot one, as opposed to a gassed one, on the production line. So I'm like, grabbing these two halfs of a pig as they roll by while hanging upside down. Looking for a entry in their heads.

Well they are not normally shot, I asked the boss man if it had been emergency slaughtered, and he said yeh, you could say that. Apparently the people who buy the heads are not too fond of a head that has been shot

They do separate them and they are sold. Though I always wondered who buys all those heads. The rest is cut into further parts step by step until something recognizable appears.
