Imagine one were to continually post about the whereabouts, and personal life details of a man living thousands of miles away over a period of 45 years. Now imagine this caused said man to go into hiding. And decades later this still was not enough to end these continual obsessive posts. Would this violate federal stalking and harassment laws, hypothetically?
