also, pressurized steeping isn't the same thing as steeping... that's why it's called pressing instead

I guess doing in that method is the Japanese way and makes a less cloudy coffee with brighter notes

is it really a Japanese thing?? they like their coffee but idk about that. Hario makes good coffee stuff tho. everybody does pour over now
