The problem is he has aspergers, and probably some other autism spectrum disorders to go along with it as well, but instead of his parents giving him the extra tough love he would have needed to become a somewhat functional adult at some point in his life, they went the opposite route and decided he needed to be coddled and appeased as much as possible, which created the delusional man-child that we know today as Chris-Chan. Eventually his parents are going to die, probably much sooner than most people, given the stress they're under, and Chris-Chan's world is gonna come crashing down. Since his victim complex already has him believing that his world is constantly crashing down on him, imagine what's gonna happen when the shit hits the fan. This is when he'll probably go out and kill someone.
