You claim to be male every other day, then female every other day. Would any US state legally recognize your continually changing gender?

Some require medical transitioning, and this would not be allowed.
Other require you file out paperwork, so it would mean filing paperwork every day which might take multiple days to be processed.
No state let's you change your gender over and over, and processes the data the same day.
