How much time should I spend worrying about men having periods and giving birth? What's the appropriate amount of time and energy to devote to this?

I haven't judged anyone. I just think it's odd you watch Tucker Carlson and get riled up about weird shit that affects, like, .01% of the population.

Oh god a trans man might exist somewhere. He might even menstruate. I find this deeply threatening. I'd better stand guard in the men's room and pull down people's pants as they enter to make sure no filthy menstruators get in.
Could you even imagine another person living their own personal life in a manner that I don't personally approve of, in a way that has absolutely no effect on my own life???!?!?! 😡😡😡😱😱😱

Yes. Some people are smarter than you and understand that one is allowed to think of things that do not personally and immediately affect them.
These "highly intelligent" people you talk about usually spend their time thinking about ways they can improve things for everybody, instead of wasting time making bad jokes based on their idle fantasies.
