No amount of luck would help a food truck business started during a pandemic.

My father died a millionaire. He got that money by working a teaching job and when he retired the retirement scheme paid him his working salary.
Luck or hard work? Luck for choosing a job which would have a retirement scheme decades later, and living passed the age of 90.
Hard work for working a job for decades until he retired.

I guess we're all lucky to have been born on a stable planet. We could have been born in another galaxy in circumstances we can only dream about.
We're lucky to have been born in an age of technology.
Most of us are lucky to be living in a wealthy country.
Some of us are lucky to not want children and made that life choice decades ago.
Some of us are unlucky to have a disability and can't work full-time.
There's good and bad luck everywhere. There's also hard work. Very few successful people don't employ hard work, no matter what their definition of success.
