The fact that you don't understand why it's worse to mess with a child then to kill an adult, shows that you shouldn't be in a relationship probably with anyone

You know damn well what I'm talking about. You created this thread to get people off your ass about the Kyle Rittenhouse thread because you defended a known pedophile who was shot and killed. Then you come here and continue to defend child molesters.
So, again, why are you defending a known child molester who was shot and killed?

lol what the hell are you talking about? Kyle Rittenhouse? Yeah, he's not justified. Nothing to do with children. I am not defending anyone. I asked a simple question. I think you might have schizo-affective disorder or delusions. You have this entire, complex script and story in your head that is not based on reality.

It's very unfortunate. But also those murdered people aren't going into society and putting their hurt onto other people. They are not living their entire lives with the memory of what occurred
Also children are considered to be innocents in a way that adults are not

BTW I think its very fucked up that you made this topic in an attempt to feel better about hating Rittenhouse.
You allowed liberal media to sway your mind so completely, that you felt comfortable typing things like this

No. I am saying that if the justification for their immediate execution is their crimes, then they did not get due process. They did, however, get due process in relation to the Rittenhouse incident.

So if you break into my house, try to harm me, my wife, or one of my kids with a weapon, and I shoot you in self defense and you die, you didn't get due process?

Someone is suspected to be committing a relatively minor crime, but before the police can arrest him, Tyrone Rittenhouse from Compton shoots him dead.
Now, do I just stand back and watch you beat my kid to death, and let you have your "due process", or do I shoot you dead for trying to beat my kid to death?
There's no "it depends on the circumstances. " I gave you the motive, now how do I deal with it?

Because it's an abhorrent crime. You destroy the life of a child. They have to live with the shame and emotional damage. The victims of murderers are dead so they can't have their lives ruined.
So you're saying, that under no circumstances, I can't kill you by any force necessary, to save my kids life, because you aren't getting your "due process"?

So if someone tries to commit a violent crime against you, you will just stand there and wait for the prosecutor to prove the state's case to a jury before any action can be taken against the attacker?

This is correct. OP doesn't care about your kids due process. Just that of pedophiles.

Oh he proved this when he abandoned his Kyke Rittenhouse thread, and created this one solely for the purpose of protecting pedos.

I have no sympathy for a wannabe hero who gets scammed by two lawyers, is defended by a lawyer who tells him to lay low, then ignores the one good lawyer and gets scammed by another lawyer.

Wait, I didn't say that I want him to breed and it's weird for you to bring that up.
He's killed a child molester and wife beater before he was 18
What have you done in your life?

do you still beat your wife? haha, you cannot answer in the affirmative nor the negative; for that would imply that you are a domestic abuser, haha!

Hey Kook: if Bert challenged Trucker to fistfight then turned up with a borrowed firearm, would he have the right to shoot and kill if Trucker made any violent moves?

Just in case you're unaware, Trucker was a user on Tinychan who Bert challenged to a fistfight in Knoxville. Trucker turned up at the appointed time and space, but Bert slunk off with his tail between his legs.
PS: Bert has a criminal record, and has made numerous rape/death threats on various message boards.

Do you think Bert could legitimately claim he was acting in self defense? By agreeing to the fight, Trucker was stating intent to cause bodily harm; if he raised a fist after being shown the weapon, surely Bert would have the right to use deadly force under Tennessee's 'Stand Your Ground' law.

I'm not a lawyer, so I can't say if I'm right or wrong on this.
If Bert would have shown up to said place and time, knowing that he was about to get into a fight with Trucker, and shot Trucker, he would probably still be charged with murder (or attempted murder).
That being said, the court could argue that "Bert knew that a fight going to happen, and showed up anyway, when he could have stayed home and avoided this entire confrontation."
So my take on this is, if Bert had planned to shoot Trucker, regardless of the outcome, which would make this a premeditated murder.
Also, as a convicted felon, Bert is not allowed to be in possession of a firearm, which would probably make the murder/attempted murder charge stick.
Like I said, I'm not a lawyer, so take it how you will.
