I had a sexual addiction. I would compulsively do sexual acts I didn't enjoy. Yes, there are sexual acts that you don't enjoy, not everyone enjoys every sexual activity. It lasted about 5 years and it would typically happen when I was stressed. I just worked on avoiding the activity until it went away.
What is most memorable is how it crept up on me, I didn't realise I was addicted until maybe a year or two into it. I just didn't understand why I was doing it.
