Laws against murders don't work, you just end up with less safe murders.
Instead of one clean kill, you have manhunts, retaliatory killings, and bodies to hide.
One homicide prosecution and the following incarceration is more than $1 million on average. Imagine if we spent that money on early childhood nutrition, and shelters for abused puppies.
Laws that punish murderers never stopped murder. Murder is banned today and we still have them every day.
Why is it like this? Maybe because sometimes a killer is a woman, and these sick individuals want to tell a woman she can't use her owns hands to pull a trigger. HER hands, yet it's male politicians that made these laws.
