This seems like the premise of a comedy sitcom. Maybe you should get into screenwriting and write some of these down. There's actually a resident here, so I hear, that has a business helping people write. Not sure if he's any good, and there's reason to believe that he isn't, but there you have it.

We had room lights, televisions, and call lights going off on their own for weeks. Electricians came in and checked for faulty wiring to no avail.
I was working a midnight shift and a call light went off in an empty room and by coincidence, I was standing right by the door. I see a blur streak past me. This nibba was wheeling his chair at lightning speed through a connecting bathroom!
He had been hiding in joint bathrooms and using them as hidden corridors to go from room to room, undetected
