Attachment theory is the idea that people have different styles of (not) trusting and (not) avoiding other people. This affects how you interact with other people. I thought that there were general theories about who is some category and who is another category. I decided to use the quiz at https://www.attachmentproject.com/ Like many quizes it is not 100% accurate, but I'd rate my results at 80%, which isn't bad at all.The quiz gives results for your father, mother, partner (if in a relationship) and people in general. Deceased parents are accommodated for, as experiences in childhood are asked about.
Use a disposable email for your email address to get a pdf report. In the report you'll find a graph showing the locations of anxiety/avoidance. In my graph, I'm not anxious with parents or partner, although I'm more likely to avoid my parents. If you want to share the graph, that would be interesting.
