Blue Suede Clams. There seems to be not a lot of change here. He merely replaced each instance of "shoes" with "clams".
"Blue Suede Clams"
Well, it's one for the money,
Two for the show,
Three to get ready,
Now go, cat, go.
But don't you step on my blue suede clams.
You can do anything but lay off of my Blue suede clams.
Well, you can knock me down,
Step in my face,
Slander my name
All over the place.
Do anything that you want to do, but uh-uh,
Honey, lay off of my clams
Don't you step on my Blue suede clams.
You can do anything but lay off of my blue suede clams.
You can burn my house,
Steal my car,
Drink my liquor
From an old fruit jar.
Do anything that you want to do, but uh-uh,
Honey, lay off of my clams
Don't you step on my blue suede clams.
You can do anything but lay off of my blue suede clams.

this was actually not a parody but a rewritten version of blue suede shoes Elvis recorded for the film "Clambake" (1967)
Elvis often wrote, recorded, rewrote, and re-recorded songs at the behest of Hollywood film producers - resulting in off-sounding tunes like "flaming star" (originally 'black star') and "blue suede clams". 🤷
