@OP is obviously trolling, but the question is worth discussion. Traditionally, only females were considered virgins; the notion of male virginity developed during the twentieth century. These days, the term seems to encompass any sexually inexperienced person. The matter is open to debate, but it might be argued that the definition is now too broad to be of any practical value.
