In Southern mainland and in Hong Kong, many people go out around midnight for food. Street food vendors sell delicious, amazing food at midnight for a snack. Then, families go back home, drink some tea together, then go back to bed! It is amazing!

Absolutely incredible. In no other country could a family eat food at night, drink some tea, and then go to bed. China is amazing.

It is a cultural tradition. Not many countries have enormous, amazing night markets that vend world class food at midnight. Some do, but this is a special Southern China tradition.
