What if he went through this trouble to clear his name only to have this happen again with somebody else who ended up having evidence? What if all of this sympathy that we as a society garnered for him is tossed away in one fail swoop like our love for Bill Cosby? A trial that is currently setting women's rights back a few years only ends up being about a man manipulating the justice system.

I don't want this to happen. Please tell me that Depp is pure. Please tell me that he is the one celebrity who doesn't have his head up his ass. Please! I don't want to be hurt. I don't want to feel betrayed. I know it's coming. It always seems to find me. Please tell me Johnny Depp is innocent and will never harm a woman. Please tell me that this shows that women can be abusers just as much as men.

I don't want to let go of perhaps one of the most wholesome men in the world, because good men like him are hard to find. Please tell me this would never happen! 😭😭😭
