I'm not even sure their nukes are in that good of a condition after seeing all this. Their tanks and ships fall apart of the wind blows too hard, their nukes probably aren't as devastating as they're trying to make out. Still not worth the risk of finding out though, but the west generally has better maintained military equipment.
