Topic: Should I go on a diet where I exclusively eat McDonald's to see if I can lose weight?
WSD !m2cp3rR5zw started this discussion 3 years ago #103,411 Well, fora? My diet plan would include a daily diet plan of two double quarter pounder sandwiches a day with a large diet soda and that's it.

Isn't that kind of, like, the point of a diet?

Actually no, I'm having a 12 inch Subway and one cup of 3 minute noodles, that's all, and I'm not hungry 97% of the time. That's a deficit of about 2,000 kJ per day, or losing 2 kg a month. If you eat the right food, you aren't meant to be hungry most or all of the time, and you can still lose weight.

No wonder Americans are so fat. They think they must consume a minimum of 3000 calories a day or else they'll starve while living an exclusively sedentary lifestyle where the only walking they ever do is walking from their bed to the car in the garage (some might even purchase a stairlift intended for elderly people with mobility issues). If you're not living life like an extra from Wall-E, you are starving and exhausting yourself to death.

LOL! And they drive their Cadillac Escalade 15 feet to the McDonald's drive through!

Can't ride a bike through a drive-thru.

I know you are jealous of OP's McDiet, but please stop trying to kill them. Thanks.

Yes you can. Gotta do it in the hood but you can. White people think driving a bicycle to the drivethru is illegal.

Fair enough. I haven't tried walking through a drive thru in the hood before.
