Actually no, I'm having a 12 inch Subway and one cup of 3 minute noodles, that's all, and I'm not hungry 97% of the time. That's a deficit of about 2,000 kJ per day, or losing 2 kg a month. If you eat the right food, you aren't meant to be hungry most or all of the time, and you can still lose weight.

No wonder Americans are so fat. They think they must consume a minimum of 3000 calories a day or else they'll starve while living an exclusively sedentary lifestyle where the only walking they ever do is walking from their bed to the car in the garage (some might even purchase a stairlift intended for elderly people with mobility issues). If you're not living life like an extra from Wall-E, you are starving and exhausting yourself to death.
