We definitely do. Just because people use different sized glasses, doesn't mean there are no pint glasses.

The American pint is smaller than the English pint. Add the inconsistent (and sometimes very high) taxes on beer and going up the pub for a daily pint is difficult for the average American.

American "pubs" are rarely just pubs. They usually sell food that's cheaper than the beer. Also, most American "pint glasses" are actually half liter glasses.
