I read once that a lot of cats develop kidney problems from lack of drinking water.

It’s because they don’t like still water and most pet owners just give them water in a bowl so they end up not drinking from them unless they are really thirsty

That’s why they sell those terrible electric water things that have a small waterfall

Mine will follow me into the kitchen and then jump up and stare at the faucet until I turn it on so they can drink from it.

I don't get this though. If I were a cat I'd rather have a bowl that was changed daily than some fountain bullshit that was changed less frequently than that 🤔
