We went for Lebanese then she agreed to go to the pub after which I thought was grate and she liked me.
Then when I told her I was attracted to her she said that she should have not agreed to go out with me as she was worried she would give off the wrong signals as she has very recently got out of a LTR.
So we had another drink anyway and hung out for a bit then she text me when I was heading home to say thank you.
Overall I'm relieved as it means I don't have to break my current girlfriends heart as she's a good person.

Did you eat her ass? Also, the fact that you have a girlfriend, yet went out with another girl, shows that you do not think that your girlfriend is very good. Be honest with her and break it off. Don't lead her on. That is cruel.

At least they had split up. Imagine how much worse that would have been if she was still married. On the bright side she is single so the door isn’t truly closed. Try asking her out again in a year if you’re still interested.
I warned you that you may have been reading her wrong. Never assume anything with women. You should be 150% sure of things when it’s someone who’s your coworker due to any possible HR fiascos

Svet has the social intelligence of a small child. Before he stumbled into his manager position he was saying he could never be manager because he often says things that offend people. You know that filter that we all develop as children? Yeah, he never went past that developmental stage.
Also telling that he accepted an increase in work responsibility without an increase in pay and a vague promise that they'll start paying him more in the future "if they feel like it."
Not the way the way the market works, kids! Socially inept behaviour like Svet's (taking on the "challenge" and seeing if he can "rise to the task" of being a manager of whatever shit they fed him to agree to such a horrible deal) is partly why there are so many shit companies out there.

Being with a new and different woman is always more exciting. There’s a lot of emotion and thrill when you’re with someone new for the the first time. It can be better than someone you already know if they match your energy
