I'm going to be bold and tell her the reason I asked to dinner was because I'm highly attracted to her. Then when we're outside and providing there is interest I'm going to move in on her.

I would strongly advise against fooling around with a married woman. There will be too much drama especially if she is a coworker. You are asking her to choose you over her marriage so if she prefers you you will likely end up being pressured into marrying her. If things don’t work out imagine how toxic your workplace will be. Absolutely 200% don’t do it. If anything goes wrong she will blame you for ruining her marriage/career and then you will be dragged into a potential HR nightmare if she choose to create one. It’ll be your word against hers.

Since you’ve already committed to dinner I’d say go through with it but keep it on a friendly level. Talk about boring work stuff and leave once it’s over. Women can be hard to read sometimes especially if you are infatuated with her you maybe reading her wrong. Imagine how awkward it’ll be if she isn’t interested in you. Hit the brakes hard

Yeah, this. And, Svet, if anything goes south, be sure to look her in the eyes and say this quote verbatim:
> Look you little shit, you are very close to crossing the line. I want you to know that once I "go Indy" on someone, it is over. I have ruined lives, destroyed careers, bankrupted people, even provoked one suicide. You may think I am "bawwing" and "mad in space," but you have no idea, man. I will not hesitate to destroy your fucking life. So back off, and let's keep it at a fun level. Thanks.
